These mustard fields or Sarson ke khet, reminds me of my home country, India. I have never seen such beautiful mustard/sarson fields for a long time. Now every time I pass by, I feel home. In Punjab you will find scores of these beautiful fields. The Punjabi’s make curry called sarson da saag from these leaves which is served with makki di roti (Indian maize flatbread) and butter.
